Each presenter will have a three-foot table area upon which the student-prepared poster may be set up. Displays should be self-standing and not exceed 40" x 60". Foam core is most often used for displays. Students will make their own posters, or use the foam board provided.
All posters should be set up prior to the start time of the assigned session.
There will be a sign on each table with the presenter’s name; placement will run in alpha order, starting at the entrance door, or be grouped by department/school.
Explain your project to those who visit the exhibits during the session.
If you have handouts, run 50-100 copies.
Prior to or after the poster session, you are welcome to attend the other poster or oral presentation sessions.
